Order

How do I place an order?

Add the item(s) you wish to order the cart, choose the right size and color. Enter your country and zip code to calculate shipping. Proceed to checkout to complete your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, you must email us within 12 hours after you placed your order. Changes/cancellation later than that, is not possible.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping prices are:

  • $5 Europe
  • $5 Worldwide

Free shipping on orders above $100.

How fast will my order be processed?

The jewelry are handmade especially for you so allow for 2-7 business days production time before shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated shipping time is 4-10 working days for European orders and 6-14 business days for international orders.

How can I track my order?

When your parcel has shipped from the studio you will receive a shipping confirmation email included your tracking number and link to track your parcel. Kindly note that that full tracking is not available in certain countries.

Will I have to pay for customs or import taxes?

25% sales tax (VAT) is included in the price for customers within the EU. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.

Returns

I would like to return my order, how do I do that?

What is your return policy?

The customer has 30 days, from the day they receive their jewelry, to email us and return it. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. All sales are final on items purchased on sale. The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.

When will I get my refund?

If the returned jewelry complies with our return policy, we will process the refund, excluding all shipping charges, within 3 working days.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Our jewelry is always gift wrapped, and comes in our signature all black jewelry box with a black ribbon bow. Included is our post card and jewelry care guide.
